What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business through the enquiry form or by email. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which sets cookies and collects standard, aggregated usage data.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, if you want to take things further, to assess a possible acquisition. That's it. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by the CorkCity.com team. If a conversation progresses, we may share relevant information with our legal and financial advisors, under confidentiality, for the sole purpose of evaluating the deal. We will not contact your staff, customers or suppliers without your agreement.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are handled through Amazon Web Services in the EU. Email is delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email edvinas@corkcity.com and we'll act on it promptly. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Retention
If a conversation doesn't lead anywhere, we delete your enquiry and details on request, and in any case do not keep them longer than we need to.
